As is well known, Bruckner did not complete his 9th Symphony. However, there are numerous sketches and finished score pages for the final movement. Gerd Schaller has supplemented and completed the finale of Anton Bruckner's ninth symphony. The broadcast of the festive concert with the Philharmonie Festiva from the former abbey church of Ebrach was a highlight of the Bruckner anniversary year 2024.
